Our Training and Development

With the constant need to respond to our customers with a well trained workforce, the Training Department has created Basic Operational Training for our Production, Well Testing, and Water Transfer service lines.  These training programs provide new employees with an introduction into the equipment, tools, procedures, and safety protocols, before they step into the field.  By combining classroom instruction with simulated field experiences that use actual equipment and tools, employees are provided with an introductory education into the oilfield while giving them a head start into the culture of safety.

More advanced programs are being developed to provide existing employees with more comprehensive skills as well as individual paths for career advancement. All course work is constantly updated with the latest in technological, manufacturer, and safety developments.

In addition to training content, we are also instrumental in the development and implementation of our Career Progression Program.  This program sets a standardized process for employees to start with training, progress through a mentor program that provides and evaluates operational skill level and safety compliance, receive leadership training, and ultimately advance into leadership positions within the company.

The Training Department also provides a wide ranging series of Professional Development course work designed to help all employees advance their personal and professional growth as it applies to their careers.  Our belief is that the more we can develop the personal and professional growth of our employees the better we can serve our customers.
