Peak Oilfield Services Relaunched As Separate Company From Select Energy Services

Peak’s Unique Offerings will Benefit from Distinct Identity

(Houston, TX) – August 13, 2014 – Select Energy Services, LLC (Select), today launched a new Peak Oilfield Services (Peak) website, establishing Peak as a standalone company.

“Peak Oilfield Services is an excellent business, and one in which Select will continue to invest and grow,” said Select CEO John Schmitz. “At the same time, Peak does not fit neatly with our water related focus, and will benefit from independently showcasing and marketing its unique services.”

Peak will be headquartered in Bridgeport, Texas, with Pat Anderle leading the company as President. Anderle was the original manager of the Peak business when it was launched in 2007, before becoming part of Select Energy Services. All Peak regional operations management and sales will report through Anderle. The company has approximately 350 employees spread across every major U.S. shale play.

“We look forward to growing the business as we reach out to potential clients to meet their accommodation and rental needs,” said Anderle. “Peak is not exclusively water-related, so our market for potential clients is broad, extending across the oilfield services industry and beyond.”
