Select Energy Services awards Ford F150 in 2016 Safety Medallion Program

(Gainesville, Texas) – February 7, 2017

Select Energy Services honored three employees for being rewarded safety medallions in every level of the Select Energy Safety Award Program for 2016.  Kendal Owens, Brandon Boomershine, and Bryan Melton were each distinguished for their safety efforts. This accomplishment earned them a chance to win a brand new Ford F150.

At the award ceremony on February 7, 2017, hosted at the Gainesville headquarters, Brandon Boomershine won the drawing and was handed the keys to his new vehicle. “I appreciate everything that everyone has done for me and I am proud to be a part of this company…it’s been amazing,” remarked Boomershine, Select Field Lead for Well Testing and Flowback.

Select has made it a mission to put safety on the minds of every employee.  “To truly be the premier water solutions provider in our industry, we have to be the safest,” said Mitchell Shauf, Senior Vice President Operations at Select.  In 2016, Select gave out over 200 Safety Medallions in five levels of categories to employees who exemplified safety beliefs and behaviors. Select’s safety slogan is “It Starts With Me” and it will continue this effort in what hopes to be another safe and prosperous year in 2017.
