Select Energy Services Strengthens Senior Management Through Appointment of Theodore F. Pound III, As Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

(Houston, TX) – February 7, 2013 – Select Energy Services, LLC (“Select”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Theodore F. Pound III, to the position of Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Mr. Pound joined Select Energy Services in January 2013, as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, after over 8 years of service as Allis-Chalmers Energy’s General Counsel and Secretary.  Prior to Ted’s service with Allis Chalmers, Mr. Pound practiced law in Houston primarily in the areas of M&A, corporate finance, securities, compliance and governance. Mr. Pound has practiced law in Texas for over 30 years.
