Select Energy Services receives Partner Award

Select Energy Services honored with Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association 2013 Partner Award

June 27, 2013: Select Energy Services, which provides end-to-end water solutions and wellsite services to oilfield operators, received the 2013 Partner Award from the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association.

The Partner Award is presented annually to oilfield service companies and other businesses that have proven to be supporters of the Oklahoma oil and natural gas industry.

Headquartered in Houston, Select has field offices across the country and in Canada with more than 5,000 employees and more than $1 billion in revenues.

“Companies like Select are the reason oil and natural gas production is the leading industry in Oklahoma,” OIPA President Mike Terry said. “Select’s tireless efforts to promote the OIPA and the industry as a whole deserve our recognition and our gratitude.”

Founded in 1955, the OIPA is the state’s largest oil and gas advocacy group, representing more than 2,500 members in the crude oil and natural gas exploration/production industry or affiliated businesses.
