Qualifications | Program Details

• Senior well testing operators, with a minimum of 2 years, must satisfy hiring managers’ expectations of experience.
• Individuals that are eligible for this one-time program must be hired or rehired between October 23, 2018 and December 31, 2018.
• To qualify for the program as a rehire, your previous employment with Select Energy Services must have been during a term prior to October 1, 2018.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.

$10,000 – PAID OUT OVER 1 YEAR PERIOD*

• 1ST INSTALLMENT – $1,000.00
  Paid on the pay date following second pay period.
• 2ND INSTALLMENT – $1,000.00
  Paid on the pay date following 90 days of active employment.
• 3RD INSTALLMENT – $2,000.00
  Paid on the pay date following 180 days of active employment.
• 4TH INSTALLMENT – $2,000.00
  Paid on the pay date following 270 days of active employment.
• 5TH INSTALLMENT – $4,000.00
  Paid on the pay date following 360 days of active employment.

*Employee must be actively employed at time of pay out.
*Claw back provision of 90 days applies – if employee does not make the 90 day period – $1,000 will be deducted from final paycheck.
